The Kay Swift Memorial Trust was established by the Estate of Kay Swift to provide stewardship of the body of music, to enable scholarship about the life and work of Kay Swift, and to perpetuate performance, recording and publication of her music. Co-Trustees are granddaughter Katharine Weber and Nicholas Fox Weber.

Kay Swift's papers and musical manuscripts are located in the Kay Swift Archive in the Irving S. Gilmore Music Library of Yale University, in New Haven, Connecticut.

Aaron Gandy, Artistic Advisor to the Kay Swift Trust, is a conductor, arranger, and pianist who specializes in the restoration and performance of vintage Broadway musicals. He conducted the PS Classics recording of Fine and Dandy.
